Rapper Lil’ Pump just settled a lawsuit where he was sued for violently causing a pile-up in Los Angeles while driving in a 2006 Bentley.

According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Pump’s record label told the court they have entered into a settlement with the other vehicle’s driver, who claims he was badly injured in the car accident. In this case, the parties are asking a judge to sign off on the settlement.

As we reported, Lil’ Pump was sued by a California man who claims he was driving a Nissan Pathfinder in Los Angeles on October 11, 2017, and was involved in a “violent collision” with a 2006 Bentley containing Lil’ Pump, his manager, and a couple of other guys.

According to the documents, the man was pulled out of his car by Lil’ Pump and his crew only to be left on the side of the road, despite his brutal injuries. At the time, he says he was left unconscious, and no one even checked to see if he was ok. Instead, the man claims the crew grabbed a couple of large duffel bags from the car’s trunk and took off, leaving the entire accident behind.

In the complaint, the man sued Pump, and Warner Records, who they claim was primarily responsible for the vehicle. He claims in the suit to be suffering from injuries, pain, and medical bills. Apparently, the manager no longer works for Pump, and the record label wants to end the case ASAP.

Interestingly, Lil’ Pump posted a picture on social media a few days later looking pretty beat up himself — sporting a neck brace and a wrist brace. At the time, the man was calling his actions a “hit-and-run,” although no criminal charges were ever filed against anyone involved.

The settlement comes on the heels of allegations that Pump owes almost $100,000 in back taxes. According to multiple reports, the rapper was hit with a tax lien of $$89,378.68 for 2019. The IRS placed a lien on the rapper’s $5-million mansion in Miami.

Pump responded to the story saying, “Listen, do not believe the internet,” Pump said in a video. “That s–t is all-cap bruh! $90,000? That’s on my wrist right now. Another 90, that’s on my neck. Don’t play with my body.”

“Look, I have made over 15 million dollars… you know what the tax bill on 15 million dollars is? Bi–h, $90k ain’t s–t to me. Stop playing with my bod,” he continued. Bottom line, court documents never lie, and whether Pump knows it or not, the government is after their money! To be fair, in most cases, the celebrities have no idea their accountants haven’t paid the tax bill. So, if he is right, we are guessing it is as good as paid.
