Liability In Island Park Car Accidents
Thousands of people are killed in hit-and-run collisions every year. According to the AAA Foundation, “Hit-and-run crashes contribute to the suffering and social and economic burdens typical of injury crashes but also can increase the severity of outcomes given delays in or the complete absence of medical attention for the victims.” Victims of hit-and-run collisions tend to suffer very serious injuries including:

- Head injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
Drivers that flee the scene of collisions can be held to account through civil and criminal claims.
