Former Larimer County most wanted sentenced to 8 years in Community Corrections – Loveland Reporter-Herald

A former Larimer County most wanted person was sentenced to the Community Corrections program for two cases against him Tuesday.

Jason Darin Baker, 26, appeared before 8th Judicial District Court Judge Sarah Cure Tuesday morning where she sentenced him to a total of eight years in Community Corrections between the two cases with 282 days of credit for time served.

Baker was named most wanted Oct. 1, 2021. At the time he was wanted on a felony warrant alleging vehicular eluding causing injury, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving after revocation, reckless endangerment, obstructing government operations, leaving the scene of an accident involving an injury and driving with fictitious plates.

He was eventually arrested by Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies Oct. 11, 2021.
